FOOD, NUTRITION AND CULTURE

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

    This course is designed for Nutrition undergraduate (FCS 472) and graduate  (FCS 672) students as well as non-credit course for those who wish to know more about regional specialties of the different styles of culinary art. There will be emphasis on forming high-spirited groups of adventurers who want to explore new gastronomic delights together.
