Jennifer Hampton to speak at Phi Kappa Phi initiation banquet

MARTIN —The University of Tennessee at Martin chapter of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi will host its annual induction ceremony at 6 p.m., April 5, in the Boling University Center’s Watkins Auditorium. A banquet will follow at 6:30 p.m. in the university’s Duncan Ballroom.
Jennifer Hampton, current president of the UT Martin alumni council and a 1997 Phi Kappa Phi initiate, will serve as the banquet’s keynote speaker. Hampton is an award-winning investment adviser and co-owner of Edward Jones Investments in Martin.
Both the induction ceremony and the banquet are open to the public. Tickets are $20 and may be purchased at the UT Martin information desk on the second floor of the Boling University Center.
The honor society of Phi Kappa Phi is America’s oldest all-discipline collegiate honor society and awards its members more than $700,000 annually to finance further academic study.
