SUBJECT: Off-Campus Exam Schedule AUTHORITY: VCAA EFFECTIVE: 8/1/01 REVISION: Purpose : To give faculty members adequate time to administer, receive and grade final exams, and to submit final grades. Procedure for Scheduling Proctored Final Exams at Off-Campus Sites 1. If the exam is scheduled prior to the final three days of the exam period, it should be given at the appropriate time within the exam period. Changes in this schedule should follow the policy for rescheduling any final exam. 2. If the exam is scheduled within the final three days of the exam period and provided adequate time is available for giving the same final, the faculty member will then use the final exam period to complete unfinished course material or presentations and/or conclude the final details of the course. |
