Social, Legal and Political Dimensions in a Pluralistic Society (3 - Fall, Spring, & Summer) An
integrated analysis of how social, economic and political ideas, policies and
practices impinge on the nature of educational discourse and decision making,
with particular attention to relating social, economic, and political dialogue
to contemporary educational topics and controversies in a pluralistic society.
730 Seminar in Post-Secondary Education (3 - As Needed) Models of instruction
applicable to the college level; major problems and issues in higher education.
731 Internship in College Teaching (3 - As Needed) Assignment as an intern in
a selected area of college teaching. Prereq: EDFN 730 and consent of
instructor.
