A departmental Visa card is available to interested departments. It is designed for supply type purchases less than $5,000.
Entertainment-type items under $500 per function may be purchased with the procurement card, subject to the approval and documentation. It is not available for travel. After the purchases are made with the procurement card, the charge requires an electronic verification and an electronic approval. The complete information is available here. |
