Local, State & Regional History

The State and Regional (Tennessee) History collection contains published and printed materials emphasizing information about, or relating to the State of Tennessee, primarily the northwestern counties of Weakley, Obion, Dyer, Gibson, Lake, Henry, Carroll and Benton. Included in the collection are publications on explorers, earlier travelers, and Native American peoples who voyaged or presided in the region prior to colonization.

All materials in the State and Regional History are indexed in the Paul Meek Library's Online Public Access Catalog OPAC.
