The secret to saving money is to comparison shop - Here is a list of web sites that offer new and used textbooks "at a savings."  Check them out as well as our local book stores and see who offers the best deal.  Don't forget to factor in shipping and convenience.  Good Luck and don't forget to stop by the library - where the price is always right.

CheatBooks.com- "Shop online for Cliff Notes, Barron's Book Notes, Bloom's Notes, and other study aids in association with Amazon.com!"
Half.Com - "It is a "peer-to-peer" site owned by eBay for selling books, music, and games at prices at least half off list (fixed price). It also automatically searches several major new booksellers when you do a search. I have found some dirt cheap prices here."
BestBookBuys - "They automatically do the cost comparisons and even indicate which online folks buyback books." When I checked this site it was extremely slow.
PDXBOOKS.Com - A sight that offers used books direct from individuals as well as a cost comparison for new textbooks.  You may also list your books for sale at this sight.
