Brief History: Browning Hall was the fourth and last of the "Y" type dorms to be completed in 1970. The dormitory was designed to house 468 students. It was initially called the G-H Dormitory but was renamed Browning Hall in honor of Governor Gordon Browning in 1990. The building is still used as housing for single students.
