| Brief History: | The rapid expansion of
Engineering Department in the post-war years made it
necessary for thee University to construct a larger more modern facility. In 1960, construction
was begun on the Engineering - Physical Science building and the project was completed the
following year. An addition was added to the building from 1969-1970 and some construction
continued until 1972. At present, the building serves as the offices and classrooms for the
Engineering and Physical Sciences Departments.
