Electronic Library Resources
The Paul Meek Library provides access to many electronic resources. These may take the form of compact discs, online abstracts, or online full-text databases.
Online Index or Abstract
These resources provide listings of periodical and journal articles based on user supplied criteria including author, title, subject, and journal. You can use the listings to find hard copies of the article from our collection of periodicals. Some indexes are restricted to use by UTM students and faculty only. All indexes and abstracts are listed on our Electronic Databases page.
Online Full-Text Databases
These databases provide listings of periodical and journal articles much like the indexes or abstracts. The difference is that the full-text resources provide some mechanism for immediate retrieval of the document. In essence, when you are finished using these, you will have the desired article in hand. Many of these databases are restricted to use by UTM students and faculty only. These resources are included on the Electonic Databases page but are exclusively listed on the Full-Text Resources page. |
