Each volume contains an index. Recent enactments Can be found in the Advance Legislative Service to the Tennessee Code Annotated ( KFT 6 .T42X). Our holdings of Tennessee Public and Private Acts are listed in the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC). To search go to the Library’s Online Catalog and click on the “Title” button and when the Title screen comes up type in any of the titles above.

| CODE. Online. | The Tennessee Code. Can be accessed by going to http://www.tennesseeanytime.org/laws/laws.html. A menu will come up, select Tennessee Code and Constitution from the menu. The Code is also available through WESTLAW CAMPUS and LEXIS-NEXIS ACADEMIC UNIVERSE. Both of these databases are accessible from the Electronic Databases menu on the Library’s Catalog Page.

Laws and law codes of other U.S. states are accessed through LEXIS-NEXIS ACADEMIC UNIVERSE and WESTLAW CAMPUS databases, both of which are Accessed from the Electronic Databases menu on the Library’s Catalog Page. Paper copies of U.S. state laws and codes are not available in the Paul Meek Library.
