Finance Major

The finance major offers students a solid foundation in economic theory with strong emphasis placed on the theory and practice of finance. Students are exposed to numerous topics including theories of finance, capital budgeting techniques and exchange rate theories. Emphasis is placed on financial theory as it applied to the industrial management sector. Students who choose this option are prepared for graduate school as well as for careers in banking, financial management and management.
