Keith Carver, Jr.
Assistant Vice Chancellor for Development

Keith S. Carver , Jr. is the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Development at the University of Tennessee at Martin. From 2001- March of 2006, Keith was Director of Development and Alumni Affairs at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Keith came to the law school in 1998 as Assistant Director of Development after working in Student Affairs at UT Knoxville. He graduated from Memphis State University in 1992 with a degree in sociology and received an M.S. degree in college student personnel and educational leadership from UT Knoxville in 1995.  He and his wife, Hollianne, are originally from rural West Tennessee .  They are the proud parents of three children:  Carson, Jack Thomas and Britton. Jeanna Curtis Swafford
Director of Development and Planned Giving

  Jeanna came to UT Martin in 1992 as Assistant Director of Development; she was named Director of Development in 1997.  Jeanna grew up in Southeast Missouri and is a graduate of Murray State University where she received her degree in Journalism/Public Relations.  She and her husband, Keith Swafford, own a poultry farm in Weakley County .  She has a one-year-old son, Curt, and a stepson, Colter, who is 10.  Email Jeanna at jswafford@utm.edu or call her at 731-881-7629.

Lisha Tuck
Assistant Director
of Development


  Lisha has been employed at the university since 1986 and has been Assistant Director since 2001.  Prior to coming to development, she worked in the College of Business and Public Affairs.  She received her BS in Management and MBA from UT Martin. Dana Prince
Advancement Specialist III
 

Dana has been employed with the University since 1987.  After beginning in the Office of Admissions, she came to the Office of Development in 1993.   Dana completed the UT Martin Office Information Systems certification program and also earned the Certified Professional Secretary rating.   She and her husband Todd, a firefighter with the City of Martin, have one daughter, Meagan.   You can reach Dana by email at dprince@utm.edu or by calling 731-881-7633.

Jennifer Reese
Coordinator of Scholarships

  Jennifer took on the responsibilities of scholarship and stewardship in the Development Office in March, 2005. Prior to coming to UT Martin, she was employed for twelve years by the UT Extension Service as an Extension Agent working with 4-H youth. She received her bachelor and master's degrees from UT Martin in 1991 and 1998, respectively. She and her husband, John, an accountant at John R. Jeannie Ayers
Administrative Assistant

 

Jeannie has enjoyed a 15 year tenure with UT Martin working in various offices such as Women's Athletics and Educational Studies.  After living in the middle Tennessee area for a couple of years Jeannie and her husband, John, returned to Martin.  Jeannie joined the Development Office in April of 2008.  The Ayers have two daughters and five grandchildren.  You can reach Jeannie by calling 731-881-7623 or by email at jayers@utm.edu .
