On behalf of the staff of Business Affairs, I welcome you to our website. My personal area of academic research and passion is student persistence in Higher Education. I believe that every faculty and staff member shares this responsibility, and this passion is woven throughout the office of Business Affairs. We serve students, parents, faculty, and staff members to enable the responsible use of university resources through our bursar (student accounts), purchasing, general accounting, accounts payable, travel, petty cash, risk management, Perkins Loan, student activity checking, and grant accounting offices.
If you need assistance in attending or staying enrolled at UT Martin, then our bursar customer service staff members can provide assistance on understanding your student account, helping you pay your fees, and helping you confirm your courses. The bursar website link (available to your left) provides rich information regarding payment of fees and confirmation of enrollment. The customer service representatives are located at the customer service windows on the first floor of the Hall Moody Administration Building. We also have staff members available to counsel you on your payment options to help you stay enrolled in college. If you are having difficulty paying for college, then please connect with our office to learn what options may be available to you. The student customer service representatives are available in person or by telephone at 731.881.7810 from 7:00 to 5:30 on most days. During holiday and registration weeks, the hours are from 8:00 to 5:00. You may ask a student account question at firstname.lastname@example.org
For our dedicated faculty and staff members across campus, the links below provide policy information, training information, and required forms. For purchasing information, the purchasing tab to the left provides additional information. If you have other questions, then please come by our office in the Hall Moody administration building, call our departmental information number 731.881.7830, or address me personally via email at email@example.com or on Twitter.
I welcome your suggestions to improve your experience online and in person at the Office of Business Affairs. We are honored to serve the students of UT Martin and the dedicated faculty and staff members at UT Martin that create the student experiences.
