  • All students must respond by mailing the confirmation of enrollment card (even if financial aid and/or scholarships, fee discounts or vocational rehabilitation pay all fees) or via the web.
  • Fees can be paid with credit card over the web.  Deferments may be set up, and the confirmation form can be sent via the web
  • Vocational Rehabilitation Students - please remember that we must have your authorization form from your counselor before we can apply the payment.  Even though Vocational Rehab may pay all of your fees, you must respond with the confirmation of enrollment form or via the web
  • The "disbursement date" is the date your loan is sent to UTM from your lender.  Your loan is processed and refund checks are available 24-48 hours after disbursement.  No refunds can be picked up before the 2nd day of class.  For more information on student loans contact Student Financial Assistance
