Ranger Challenge 2005
In 2005, the Skyhawks, this time led by Cadet David Stamps, placed 1st overall for the first time in their division. A trend was forming and the Skyhwaks were proving that even though the program is smaller than most of the competition, extreme dedication and training pays off. The team placed in the top in almost all events and took 1st place in day land navigation, night land navigation, and the 6.2 mile footmarch. The Skyhawk Battalion's trophy case would still need to be expanded.
