Hydrobics

Days and times:
Monday and Wednesday 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Instructor: Donna McBeth
Registration Fee: $60 per semester (Fall and Spring semesters only)


Hydrobics is a low intensity shallow water exercise program which uses resistance tools such and noodles and hand paddles. Hydrobics is a non-academic class in which anyone can participate no matter what his/her fitness level may be. Individuals must be 18 years or older to participate in a hydrobics class.
