Hydrobics is a low intensity shallow water exercise program which uses resistance tools such and noodles and hand paddles. Hydrobics is a non-academic class in which anyone can participate no matter what his/her fitness level may be. Individuals must be 18 years or older to participate in a hydrobics class.
