Book a party today! Parties can be booked during regular recreation hours at a cost of $3.00 per person, or you can book a private party in two-hour time slots. For booking information please call the Office of Campus Recreation at (731)-881-7718.

1. The Office of Campus Recreation will only book two pool parties per two hour time slot.

A. Parties may be booked during the week from 4:00-7:00 pm during the school year and 2:00-6:00 pm during the summer.
B. Parties may be booked on the weekends from 1:00-3:00 pm or 3:00-5:00 pm.
C. Parties during regular hours of operation will cost $3.00 per person entering the pool area.

A. Parties can only be booked for children 7 years old and older.
B. Children 2 and under gain free access when accompanied by a paying adult.
C. Non swimmers must be accompanied in the water by an adult at all times. (1 adult per every 2 non swimmers).
D. Non swimmers must remain in the shallow end at all times.
E. Parties may bring food, drinks, and presents, but no glass containers are allowed in the pool area.(Food and drinks are only permitted in the designated pool party area).
F. No flotation devices other than water wings or life jackets are permitted in the pool.
G. Proper swim attire is required. No street clothes, basketball shorts, or denim shorts. Non-potty trained children must wear swim diapers.

A. Private Parties require a $75 non-refundable deposit a week prior to the party and pay the remaining balance on the day of the party.
B. Private Party (less than 40 people) $215 for two hours.
C. Private Party (40-65 people) $255 for two hours.
D. Private Party (65-85 people) $295 for two hours.
