The Boling University Center is home to the student fitness center. This facility offers UTM students the best opportunities for fitness in the area. The 5,000 square foot facility offers a full line of cardiovascular equipment, weight training equipment, and an aerobics room. We encourage students to take advantage of the many fitness opportunities.
Cardiovascular Equipment
The fitness center offers over 35 pieces of cardiovascular equipment to choose from, including treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, recumbent and upright bikes. While working out you can enjoy watching your favorite TV show on our cardio theater. You just need to bring a set of headphones.
Strength Equipment
Our strength training equipment includes: a full selectorized circuit; dumbells from 5 lbs to 100 lbs; flat, incline, and decline benches; a smith machine; hack squat; inverted leg press; 2 squat racks; cross over cables; and 4 leverage pieces. With such a wide variety of equipment we can accommodate everyone, from beginners to the most serious lifters.
Aerobic Studio
The Aerobics Studio is open all day and as long as it is not being used, you and your friends can bring an exercise video and workout together.

Monday – Friday: 6:30 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm
