Group Fitness strives to provide healthy, effective alternatives to standard workouts. We provide enjoyable classes that encourage participation and educate patrons on the benefits of exercise. We are committed to helping our students win the battle over a sedentary lifestyle.

Class

SRC Group Fitness Program offers free classes in Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, Power Pump, Yoga, Boot Camp, Hip Hop Dance and more. It has something for everyone and suited for individuals of all fitness levels. The program is set up so that anyone can attend at any point during the semester. Classes are held in the Group Fitness and Multipurpose Room. The Group Fitness room is stocked with a cardio barbell set, body bars, stability balls, hand weights, steps, mats, resistance tubing, and yoga accessories. The 1,623 sq. ft. room has suspeneded flooring and a projector with screen for patrons to bring in DVD workouts. The Indoor Cycle classes are housed in the Multipurpose Room with 15 Star Trac Spinners and a projector with screen for DVD workouts.
