5v5 Basketball Officials and Scorekeeper Recruitment Meeting
Thursday, January 21, 2016 @ 4:30p (SRC Classroom)

  • During this meeting we will discuss basic game management, payroll, work expectations, schedules, policies/procedures, etc.

5v5 Basketball Officials and Scorekeeper Skills Enhancement Session 1
Monday, January 25, 2016 @ 6:00p (SRC Classroom)

  • During this meeting we will discuss in depth game management, court positioning, officiating techniques/skills, nightly game expectations and your role as an official/scorekeeper.

5v5 Basketball Officials and Scorekeeper Skills Enhancement Session 2
Tuesday, January 26, 2016 @ 5:00p (SRC Classroom)

  • During this meeting we will continue our training from Session 1. Training will take place in both the classroom and on the basketball court.

Softball Umpire and Scorekeeper Recruitment Meeting
Thursday, March 17 @ 4:30p (SRC Classroom)

  • During this meeting we will discuss basic game management, payroll, work expectations, schedules, policies/procedures, etc.

Softball Umpire and Scorekeeper Skills Enhancement Session
Monday, March 22, 2015 @ 5:00p (SRC Classroom)

  • During this meeting we will discuss in depth game management, nightly game expectations, softball umpire skills/techniques, field positioning and your role as a umpire/scorekeeper.

 

Interested in becoming an Intramural Official or Scorekeeper but not sure how to join the Campus Rec team? Here is what you need to know:

  • No previous experience is required.
  • Most of our training sessions last 2-3 nights from the hours of 5:00p-7:00p.
  • All aspiring officials are required to attend all nights of training for that particular sport - advanced notice is required for anyone who misses a training session.
  • A shirt will be provided for you, however you will need your own athletic shorts/pants and a preapproved whistle (if necessary).
  • Work as many sports as you like.
