<< Market Square is a city park located just west of Gay Street in downtown Knoxville.
About
the size of two blocks, Market Square contains open spaces in its center with newly
paved pathways and greenery;
it is surrounded by various shops and markets and is typically the site of
city festivals and cultural events. I
would consider this an added advantage to retaining the sense of urban
culture that draws so many younger individuals back to the city center. |
