Announcement:

HOLOCAUST STUDY/TRAVEL EXPERIENCE- There are stil a few spots available for students interested in participating in the Holocaust Travel Study course that UT Martin and Union Univeristy are co-sponsoring. Earn 3 hours of upper-level credit for this spring-semester course (HIST 342 or HIST 468- also offered as graduate credit), which includes a 15-day trip to Germany (Berlin), the Czech Republic (Prague), and Poland (Cracow and Warsaw). Participants will leave from Memphis on May 18 and return on June 1. Close to 25 participants from the University of Tennessee at Martin, Union University, Mercer University, and Rhodes College have currently signed up for this experience, which will be led by four faculty - two historians and two ethicists - on the tour. Registration and an initial deposit of $500 are due before January 30.
