"Sometimes, separated by departments, we lose the reality that we are in this together, that we all work for the common good of our students, and that the issues we face are not ones we face alone.  What a valuable feeling to have, to know we have each other for support.  And how do we know that?  Because we have spent time expressing ourselves through the writing process as it applies to us personally and to our curriculums."
