Canning Under Pressure
Date: Thurs., April 25 – May 9 (3 wks)

Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Fee: $75 per person (Ages 12-16 free if accompanied with paying adult.)
Instructors: Tammy Rorie and Donna Ewer


Learn about the different types of pressure canners. How to use them. When to use them. With hands-on use of pressure canners canning low acid vegetables. A $10 supply fee is to be paid to the instructor at the first class meeting.
