Non-Degree Programs – Healthcare Payment Information Payment must be received for registration in a program to be processed. To pay by check, please make out to UT Martin and mail to: ECOS The UT Martin Office of Financial Aid does NOT provide assistance for these programs. They cannot be covered by Pell Grants and a FASFA does not need to be completed. Payment should be submitted with registration form. Deadline to register: Two weeks prior to the first class meeting. Registration after deadline – Students who wait until after the deadline run the risk of the class filling up or being canceled due to low enrollment. The only financial assistance available:
