Non-Degree Programs – Making Jams, Jellies and Preserves

 

 

Making Jams, Jellies and Preserves
Date: Thurs., April 4 – 18 (3 wks.)

Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Fee: $75 per person (Ages 12-16 free if accompanied with paying adult.)
Instructors: Tammy Rorie and Donna Ewer


This course will cover the difference between Jam, Jelly and Preserves, and the different processes for making them. Hands-on making of each getting everyone ready for the fresh fruits and berries coming thru the summer.
A $10 supply fee is to be paid to the instructor at the first class meeting.
