Quilting (Beginning)CANCELLED Dates: Mon., Jan. 28 – Feb. 25 (5 wks.) Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Instructor: Rhonda Goulder Registration Fee: $150 per person
Make your own quilt top. When you leave this class you will be able to: Sew a quilt top of a variety of patterns; Cut out designs by following patterns; Construct various quilt patches; and apply border and binding to quilt tops. Plus, you will have completed one quilt top. It is helpful you have basic sewing skills and have a machine you can bring to class. The following supplies are needed for the class: Sewing Machine (can rent one for class only for $10 a night), good scissors, cutting board, ruler, Rotary cutter, fabric of your choice, pins, safety pins, seam ripper and chalk pencil. |
