Then you need to try this 2-hour gourmet raw food class that will teach you how to prepare raw food that is easy to make. The class is perfect for those who want to incorporate raw food into their life or to introduce friends and family to a raw food lifestyle. Enjoy this fun filled class as we show you how to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack "the raw way." Free tastings of all the food we make. Raw Delicious Desserts

Everyone will learn how to make five healthy, yummy and easy raw desserts. You will learn the health benefits of eating gourmet raw dessert. Believe it or not.... dessert can actually be good for you and you can finally eat dessert guilt free! You will create these raw desserts in a group setting with our help. You will also get lots of raw dessert recipes to take home. You will not want to miss out! You will make Raw Scrumptious Date Bars, Raw "Nutella" bites, Raw Creamy Pecan Bars, Raw Raspberry Chocolate Mousse and Raw Chocolate Banana Ice Cream. A hands-on class including tips and techniques on making easy raw desserts that are unique and delicious.
