COMPLETE PROGRAM OF EXERCISES
HENRY COUNTY EDUCATIONAL AND MASONIC DAY
TUESDAY, JUNE 26, 1906

At 9 o'clock a. m., the Paris Marine Band will play a voluntary at the North-east corner of Court Square which will be the signal for the assembling of the various organizations as follows:

    The Masons will meet at Masonic Hall.

    The Knights Templar will meet at a room over McSwain Bros. drug store.

    The Mayor and City Officials at the office of John R. Rison.

    The County Judge, County Court and County Officials at the Court House.

    The County Superintendent, Teachers, and School Directors in the Court House yard.

    The Board of Managers and Building Committee of the E. W. Grove High School, at the office of the National Toilet Company.

    The General Public on the streets of Paris.

ORDER OF PROCESSION TO SCHOOL GROUNDS
(Under the direction of J. D. Weldon, Marshall of the day.)

At 10 o'clock a. m., the Masons will issue in procession from their Hall headed by Paris Marine Band.

The Knights Templar mounted, will be formed in two lines in front of the Baptist Church, and take their stations just south of Masonic Hall. After the Lodge has passed through their lines they will close in, in the rear of the Lodge, under direction of Sir Knight, Captain General, I J. B. Johnsonius.

Then in order the following groups will enter the procession.

    1. E. W. Grove, Israel Perez, W. B. Jones, S. A. Mynders.

    2. Board of Managers E. W. Grove County High School.

    3. Mayor and City Officials.

    4. County Judge, Court and County Officials.

    5. County Superintendent and Teachers.

    6. City and County School Directors.

    7. General Public.

    On arrival at Jernigan Heights at 11 o'clock, a.m., the following Program will be observed.

Rev. G. T. Sullivan as master of ceremonies will call the meeting to order and announce the order of the exercises as follows:

    1. Invocation, Rev. W. H. Ryals.

    2. Oration, Israel Perez.

    3. Music by the Band.

    4. Impromptu speeches, A. B. Lamb and others, while preparations for dinner are being completed by the ladies and refreshment committee.

    5. Announcement of dinner Blessing and thanks by Rev. H. W. Brooks.

    6. At signal by the band the crowd will reassemble at the speakers stand. Speech by E. W. Grove, (if present) and State Superintendent, S. A. Mynders.

    7. Masonic Procession will be formed under the direction of Marshal, and proceed to building where a speech will be delivered by Rev. W. E. Jones.

    8. Building formerly presented by W. C. Johnson, Chairman Building Committee, to C. J. Ferris, Acting Grand master, Free and Accepted Masons, who with the assistance of the officers and members of the Fraternity, will lay the corner stone.

    9. Doxology, closing address and benediction by Rev. B. T. Watson (Complete Program of Exercises, 1906).
