The ESL endorsement consists of 9 credit hours in the following coursework:

|TESL 710||Strategies for Teaching English as a Second Language||Spring only|
|EDFN 720||Multicultural Issues in Education and Counseling||Fall, Spring or Summer|
*To be eligible for the English as a Second Language endorsement, students must hold a current teaching license in PreK-3, K-6, 7-12, or SPED-Modified K-12, and pass the English as Second Language, 0361 (English to Speakers of Other Languages) Praxis exam.
