There will be an annual audit of The University of Tennessee at Martin campus conducted by the UWA or a Safety Consultant for compliance and quality of performance in the health and safety procedures.  A written audit report will address any findings and needed abatements.  The Safety Officer will respond to the report and direct the violation(s) to the appropriate department for abatement..
