Sexual Harassment (HR Policy 280)
UT prohibits the sexual harassment of its employees and students. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated and will be grounds for disciplinary action. Alleged incidents of sexual harassment will be investigated. Immediate and appropriate corrective action will be taken should a complaint be substantiated.
