HR Policy 128 Training & Development
According to University policy, employees are encouraged to participate in at least 32 hours of professional and personal development activities each year.Â
Financial assistance for these activities may be available through employees’ departments or through the Career Development Fund for non-exempt employees. For more information on the Career Development Fund, click here.
