Auditing and Reporting

 

The University of Tennessee at Martin auditing and reporting is accomplished through coordination with the offices of Academic Affairs and Human Resources, and by the completion and maintenance of Equal Employment/Affirmative Action forms.


A.        UTM Administration and UTM Office of Human Resources Coordination

 

            The steps to be followed in the employment process for filling regular vacancies are included in Appendix D of this PLAN and in the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual (Section 100 Pr 143).

 

            The University of Tennessee cooperates with numerous other universities and organizations by completing their salary surveys.  The salary data are categorized by unit and by administrative titles and faculty ranks.  The University of Tennessee initiates a salary survey in each geographic region of Tennessee and utilizes the resulting data in the salary administration system of The University of Tennessee at Martin and the University system.
