The Placement Rate Comparison with Availability, 2007-08, compares the placement rate with the availability rates.  The placement rate for females exceeded availability for four EE0-6 categories:  01, Executive/Administrative; 02, Faculty for the Colleges of Agriculture and Applied Sciences, Humanities and Fine Arts, Engineering and Natural Sciences,  Education and Behavioral Sciences, and the Library; 04, Secretarial/Clerical; and 07, Service/Maintenance (Non-Supervisors).  The placement rate exceeded availability for minorities and African Americans in five EEO-6 categories:  01, Executive/Administrative; Education and Behavioral Sciences for 02, Faculty; 06, Skilled Crafts (Non-Supervisors); and 07, Service/Maintenance (Non-Supervisors).   The University shall continue to intensify its efforts to recruit minorities in all underutilized EEO-6 categories.
