Services Provided by the Equity & Diversity Office/Title VI:
Sexual harassment workshops, using the guidelines of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Office of Civil Rights (OCR), will be conducted for each department/unit upon request.
Title VI workshops, using the guidelines of the
Tennessee Title VI Compliance Commission, will be conducted for each department/unit upon request.
Complaints of discrimination will be investigated using EEOC and OCR guidelines.
