The University of Tennessee Position Description Questionnaire is used when a new position is requested or when a position needs to be re-evaluated for any reason.
The IRIS checklist is used in conjunction with the PDQ to indicate the various IRIS functions performed by the employee as a departmental specialist, departmental reviewer, or departmental approver.
