Mission Statement
Since the campus is remotely located geographically,--approximately 3 hours from Nashville, 2 hours from Memphis, 1 hour from Jackson, TN, and 1 hour from Paducah, KY--it is advantageous for the Warehouse to be adequately stocked. Typically the inventory is in excess of $300,000, carrying over 1,500 different parts.
Approximately 95% of all parts and materials used in the maintenance * of the campus are purchased through the Warehouse.
The Warehouse inventory system is The Maintenance Authority (TMA), which is the same system used for maintenance work orders.
