The University has identified the need to continuously review its operational procedures in order to make them as efficient as possible to maximize the utilization of campus resources. Our campus' Process Improvement Facilitator, Mike Abney, will work with individuals, departments or groups of departments to facilitate a review of operational activities and assist those individuals and groups to identify means of enhancing processes.
