Judging Panel Biographies
The outstanding adjudication panel for the 2008 Skyhawk Marching Band Invitational is given below:
Dr. Joseph Allison: Director of Bands at Eastern Kentucky University; DCI and BOA adjudicator. He serves as an adjudicator, clinician and consultant for concert, marching and jazz events throughout North America, Europe, and Japan.

Dr. James Campbell: Director of Percussion Studies at the University of Kentucky. Well-known for his association with the Rosemont Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps, he has served as their principal instructor, arranger, and Program Coordinator, and was named to the Drum Corps International Hall of Fame in 2008.

Ms. Shirley Dorritie: Former member and instructor with the Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps. She has adjudicated marching band, drum and bugle corps and winter color guard activities since 1983.
Dr. Jay Kennedy: Program Coordinator and Brass Arranger for the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps. As an active adjudicator of marching band and drum corps competitions for more than 25 years, he has judged 13 Drum Corps International World Championship contests and numerous state marching band competitions.
