Dear UT Martin Alumni,

I want to inform you about an exciting time in the history of your music department.

This fall we achieved record enrollment for the department.

The department of music is on its way to becoming an all Steinway school!

Within the next couple of years we will be entering a top of the line Fine Arts Building.

Plans are underway to purchase several new tubas with the goal of becoming and all Perantucci school!!!

The UT Martin Undersound will begin annual recruiting tours in supprt of music education throughout the region.

The studio has begun the process of formulating The West Tenessee chapter of ITEA.

A plaque has been dontated from the Phi Mu Alpha chapter in order to commemorate the career and service of E.J. Eaton.
