Access and Diversity

Coordinators can nominate eligible students for a limited number of Access and Diversity scholarships. If you are interested in this scholarship, contact your graduate coordinator.

 

Nature of Award
Tuition scholarship for a minimum of 2, and a maximum of 9, credit hours (degree credit coursework).

Available for Fall and Spring semesters (and Summer if funds are still available), based on satisfactory performance and progress toward completion of the desired degree.

 

Minimal Qualifications
Underrepresented students at UT Martin

 

Desired Qualifications
Unconditional Admission

Beginning student (no more than 6 semester hours taken prior to Fall semester)

Admission to a degree program which has a significant minority underrepresentation (first priority: MSANR; second priority: MBA, MSEd, or MSFCS).

 

Deadline for Nominations
The nomination recommendation form should be submitted to the Graduate Studies Office by the Graduate Coordinator two weeks prior to the beginning of the semester. Nominations received after that deadline will be considered on an ad hoc basis subject to the availability of funds.
