Application Deadline Completed application files (including all documentation required for the admission category and graduate program requested) are due in the Graduate Studies Office 28 days prior to the first day of the semester for which admission is requested. Completed application files submitted by the deadline will be reviewed and a decision on admissibility will be made. The deadline for Spring 2010 is December 22, 2009.
No Summer Commencement Ceremony Degrees will be awarded in August 2009 but there will not be a commencement ceremony. Students who complete degree requirements in Maymester or Summer 2009 can participate in the December 2009 ceremony.

Transcript Fee Effective July 1, 2009, there will be a $5 charge for each UT Martin transcript. Applicants for graduate admission will be responsible for contacting Academic Records to request their UT Martin transcript be sent to the Graduate Studies Office.
Course Change Fee Effective Fall 2009, a fee of $25 per course will be assessed for courses dropped after the official late registration period.

MS in Agriculture and Natural Resources Systems Management Minimum GRE score (Verbal + Quantitative) will increase to 750
MS Education The Major in Counseling will become a completely online program. New Admission requirements and degree requirements will be in effect as well as requirements for Admission to Candidacy, Residency, Internship Application, and Comprehensive Exam.
