Dan Bunn


Bunn was a multi-sport athlete at the university and is credited with playing a major role in the early success of the baseball program.

He was a two-time captain of the baseball team and earned All-Volunteer State Conference honors as a center fielder in 1967 and '68. He also played shortstop and catcher his first two years with the program. He also was a safety on the football team for two years and ran the sprints in track. He lettered two years in tennis.
