 Don Jackson Jackson was one of the top power hitters in UT Martin baseball history. He led the nation in home runs that season, setting a new national record and was the college division’s leading hitter in 1973 with a .470 batting average. He was named to the Academic All-American team and the All-Gulf South Conference team as a senior. He was twice named to the Who’s Who Among American Universities and Colleges and was UTM’s Outstanding P.E. Student in 1973. |
