Message Settings

Presentation Tab

The Presentation tab allows you to change how the Voicemail system arranges messages and presents them to you. "Envelope" refers to the time and date of the call along with the caller's telephone number (Caller ID). Since this Envelope information is already displayed for each message in your Web PhoneManager Inbox, the Envelope Information is only heard when you call Voicemail to check messages.

Auto Play Envelope

Choose if you want the Voicemail system to play Envelope Information before or after the message, or not at all.

Envelope Content

You can choose if you want the Voicemail system to play the complete Envelope Information (including the caller's number) or just the time and date. If the call was that day, the date information is not included.

Options

This section allows you to select your sorting options for both Web PhoneManager and when dialing in. You can sort messages so that all messages marked urgent are displayed or played first. You can also sort the messages so that all messages of a different type are sorted together. You also have the option of the sorting order so that older messages appear at the top or bottom of your Inbox, or played first or last when dialing in.

Language

"Initial Text-To-Speech" allows you to change what language the Text-to-Speech function is in. "Client Display" is not used at this time.

 

Be sure to click "OK" to save your changes! Ok and cancel dialogue box
