Housing Application Cancellation

This cancellation form may be used prior to the room keys being picked up for the assigned term and prior to the signing of any leases and contracts.

 

Note: Students currently living on campus are unable to use this form to cancel their current contracts and leases.  If you are a currently enrolled student at UTM and have less than 30 hours completed, you will need to complete a Housing Exemption.

I wish to cancel my housing assignment.

 

I understand that if I cancel my Housing assignment for fall with the Office of Housing After July 1, I will lose any deposit/prepayment that was paid to the University of Tennessee at Martin to secure housing for the residence halls/apartments.
