This cancellation form may be used prior to the room keys being picked up for the assigned term and prior to the signing of any leases and contracts.

 

Note: Students currently living on campus are unable to use this form to cancel their current contracts and leases.  If you are a currently enrolled student at UTM and have less than 24 hours completed, you will need to complete a Housing Exemption.
