Fall 2011
Annual lease with monthly payments of $560 per month: The annual lease will begin August 18, 2011 and end 24 hours after summer classes end. With the annual lease, if the resident re-applies for their same apartment by the January 31, deadline, the resident should not have to move from one year to the next. Annual lease with two equal payments: The annual lease will begin August 18, 2011 and end 24 hours after summer classes end. The first payment of $3,300 will be due in August (covers period of August 18 - February 13). The second payment of $3,300 will be due in January (covers period of February 14 - August 11). Academic year lease with two equal payments: The academic year lease will begin August 18, 2011 and end 24 hours after Spring 2012 commencement. The first payment of $2,950 will be due in August. The second payment of $2,950 will be due in January. One semester lease for graduating seniors: The semester lease will begin the day before classes start for the fall semester and end 24 hours after Fall 2011 commencement. One payment of $2,950 will be due in August.
A $25 late charge will be added to all unpaid accounts on the 20th of each month, beginning in September.
