UNIVERSITY VILLAGE PHASE 1 FOR FALL 2009!
Annual lease with monthly payments of $505 per month: The annual lease will begin August 27, 2009 and end 24 hours after summer commencement. With the annual lease, if the resident re-applies for their same apartment by the January 31 deadline, the resident should not have to move from one year to the next. Annual lease with two equal payments: The annual lease will begin August 27, 2009 and end 24 hours after summer commencement. The first payment of $2,970 will be due in August (covers period of August 27 - February 20). The second payment of $2,970 will be due in January (covers period of February 21 - August 15). Academic year lease with two equal payments: The academic year lease will begin August 27, 2009 and end 24 hours after Spring 2010 commencement. The first payment of $2,650 will be due in August. The second payment of $2,650 will be due in January. One semester lease for graduating seniors: The semester lease will begin the day before classes start for the fall semester and end 24 hours after Fall 2009 commencement. One payment of $2,650 will be due in August.
