Current Students
1. Logon to BANNER Self Service Web
2. Select "Personal Information"
3. Select "Online Housing Application"
4. Select "Go to RMS Student Web for Housing"
5. After following this link through Banner Self Service, a new window should open welcoming you to the housing portal.
6. On the left side of the page, click the top link labeled "Application" to open the application menu
7. Click "Apply for Housing" to start your application
8. Confirm that your information is correct and that the application period in the dropdown menu is correct and click the "Next" button
9. Click "New" to make a building choice preference and choose up to 3 buildings
10. Click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page and continue to the Roommate/Matching page
11. Key in either the RMS Code or University ID of your desired roommate(s) (The RMS Code can be found under the "Profile & RMS Code" Menu item on the left side of the screen)
12. Once you have elected your desired roommates, click the "Continue" button
13. Please review your application and press "Continue" if it is correct to submit your application. If you wish to change any choices you have made, click 'Redo' and fill out another application. From here you may also choose to print your finished application.
14. After clicking "Continue" you will be prompted to close the current window and find the button labeled "Go to Online Housing Deposits" link on Banner. You must pay your deposit before your application will be processed!!! If you are unable to pay your deposit online and wish to mail your deposit, the address of the housing office is located underneath the deposit link.
If you are a Prospective Student, you will need to apply for admission before you will be able to apply for housing online.
Once you have submitted your application, you will need to send your prepayment or deposit to Housing to complete the application process.
Prepayment - The $100 prepayment is only for the residence halls. The prepayment amount is applied toward the first semester rent in the residence halls.
Deposit - The $150 deposit is only for University Village. The deposit amount is not applied to rent. However, it is refunded at the end of the lease as long as there are no damages and the apartment is left in a clean condition.
If you do not wish to apply online, you may download an application and return it to the Housing Office.
